The Kinder Round Challenge

The Kinder Round Challenge

Kinder Round Challenge - Open Group

Sunday 23 July 2017  - Now fully booked

The ultimate walk on Kinder Scout - highest mountain in the Peak District!  This challenging trek takes us right around the entire edge of the Kinder plateau.  On a clear day the views are stunning.

This is a tough walk of about 19 miles with approx 1,320 metres of ascent spread out throughout the day.  It will be taken at a fairly brisk pace so you must be physically fit, have previous hill walking experience, and have well worn in, comfortable walking boots to take part.

You will be in a small group of no more than eight people plus your friendly, professional guide and you will have the opportunity throughout the day to learn about this most beautiful mountain from your guide.

We will be meeting at 7:45am to be ready for an 8:00am start in the main public car park in the Vale of Edale.  Post code S33 7ZA, although that code covers quite a wide area.  The car park is signposted off the lane that runs through the valley.  Please note that car parking costs £6.50 per day, and the ticket machine currently only takes coins.

Please Contact us if you have any questions or concerns before booking.
